$40 per hour



This package is an hourly option, allowing you to control exactly how much you need my help. Generally, this option is best for those couples who feel comfortable planning the majority of their wedding but don't want to deal with "event management" on their wedding day. Keep in mind that even the smallest wedding will require at least 12 hours of my help including at least one meeting prior to the wedding day to give me schedules, vendor names, and other details you want me to manage.

Below are examples of tasks you may want to assign to your wedding planner:

Additional consultations: to ensure clear planning leading up to the big day
Planning appointment: approximately 4 weeks before event to cover all details and vendors as well as final planning guidance and established vendor contracts.
Details appointment: approximately 10 days before event to walk-through event sites for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception as well as prepare final schedule.

Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner: oversee and manage any activities, vendors, or scheduling for and during the rehearsal dinner
Prepare detailed schedules for wedding party, family, officiant, and vendors
Reserve a location
Assist with menu selection
Arrange for accommodations and transportation for out-of-town guests
Assist with invitation selection and coordinate attendees' arrival

Wedding Ceremony: oversee and manage any activities, vendors, or scheduling for and during the wedding ceremony including:
Coordinate music
Choose a florist and help select floral arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnières
Coordinate wedding photography
Assist with other decorations, programs, wedding favors, etc
Assist wedding officiant with staging the ceremony and timing of activities

Wedding Reception: oversee and manage any activities, vendors, or scheduling for and during the wedding reception
Final vendor confirmations
Supervise set-up of caterer and other vendors at reception
Coordinate activities including dances, toasts, DJ, cake cutting, champagne, etc
Supervise gift table and make sure all gifts are kept safe
