Frequently Asked Questions

Do you really have an assistant with you at every wedding?
Yes, I do. Not only does my assistant help me stay organized, they help with the set up of the more "formal" photos. It makes the pictures go by much smoother so that you can get back to your guests! Besides, you're getting two people for the price of one... how awesome is that!

I noticed you offer a CD with all the photos on it. What does that mean?
In my wedding and portrait photography, I allow my clients to keep the copyright. That means once I finish the final editing of the photos, I will not only make you at least one full set of prints (depending on which package you ordered), you'll also get a CD with the images on it to make as many copies as you desire. When I was planning my own wedding it was important to me to be able to make as many copies of my wedding photos as I wanted, especially when I wanted to give some as gifts. Because that was important to me, I want to return the favor to my clients as well.

Where do you take your portrait photography?
I am totally open on this. I love to shoot outdoors, but when its 7 degrees outside that probably isn't a good idea, unless you're a polar bear! Other options are photos in my studio, your home, or in a favorite spot around town. I'm always open to new ideas! The crazier, the better!

You once lived in Las Vegas, but now you're in Colorado Springs. Are you willing to travel?
Absolutely! The cost can vary depending on the destination, so email me and let's work something out.

Should I like my wedding photographer?
This has yet to be asked, but I thought I would take a moment to touch on this. I think it's really important to like your wedding photographer. Not only should you like their work, you should probably like who they are as well. You want someone who is going to work for you on your special day and not just go with their "standard" photographs with the same poses they take at every other wedding they've done. Wedding photography is very personal and therefore the photographer you choose should want to get to know you! Lucky for you I will also try to make you smile as much as possible with my cheesy sense of humor and hopefully, you'll like me too!

Do you have any references?
I absolutely love hearing from the people and families I've had the opportunity to work with over the years and I've collected a few testimonials. Click here to check them out. Please don't hesitate to send me an email letting me know how your experience was!
